How to use this calculator
Enter each rectangular area once, choose an allowance and enter the coverage printed on the pack. Non-rectangular floors can be split into non-overlapping rectangles.
RoomLedger combines identical products before rounding to full boxes. The result estimates purchasing area, not the number or arrangement of individual pieces. Compare product suitability and installation requirements separately.
What the estimate excludes
Labor, delivery, tax, accessories and detailed layout planning are outside this calculation. Your supplier should verify quantities before you buy. Prices and allowances in the initial form are illustrative, not market data.
